As to any products manufactured and sold to us by Ramco, we understand that they are warranted by Ramco to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of thirty days from the date of purchase. Ramco makes no warranty of merchantability and to warranty of fitness for a particular use, and expressly excludes them. If we claim any defect in a product manufactured and sold to us by Ramco, we may, with prior notification, return it at our expense to Ramco at 21213 76th Avenue South, Kent, WA 98032.

If Ramco determines in its sole judgement that the default is the result of its workmanship or material, and not the result of misuse or repair by us, Ramco, at its option, will repair or replace the product at no additional charge to us. No claim shall be allowed by Ramco unless it is submitted in writing within 30 days of discovering the defect. Under no circumstances will Ramco be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.
